Sal Flynn has spent many years leading yoga tours to the "heart" of yoga in India and Bhutan. She has trained in all aspects of yoga in the tradition of the renowned teacher TKV Desikachar and brings her own special style and interpretation of the yoga sutras to our studio. 

This will be a practical day of Kriya Yoga, the 3 elements bringing Yoga in Action to the mat.  

"With discipline, self study and belief in our path the causes of pain disappear: peace and ease are gained" (Sutras 2.1 and 2.2).

Join our level 2 teacher trainees in a day of study to interpret the Yoga Sutras for the 21st century. This is a unique opportunity to access an element of the Philosophy, Ethics and Lifestyle material to be taught on this course.  

This workshop allows Yoga Australia members to accrue CPD points per day.

Sal Flynn

Sal’s clinical practice blends the disciplines of psychotherapy, education, contemplative practice and mind/body awareness practices. Underpinning her work is more than 35 years of practice and study in the contemplative traditions. She also trains and mentors meditators & yoga teachers.
