Progressive Beginners

The 10-week progressive beginners yoga course is suitable for any beginner yoga students looking to take the next step in their yoga practice.

This hatha yoga practice follows the same classic yoga teaching style of pranayama, asana and savasana. Leaving you feeling grounded yet revitalised.

The ten-week progressive yoga course will allow you to deepen your practice through exploring different breathing techniques and expose you to a variety poses all whilst maintaining a focus on your individual physical and mental body.

Through this practice you will:

  • Foster physical and mental strength
  • Reduce stress in the mind and body
  • Cultivate focus and concentration
  • Establish an awareness of the breath and its effects on body and mind
  • Work with your individual body with an equal balance of function and alignment

Our beginner’s yoga teacher, Heidi, will be teaching this class. Heidi has been teaching our beginners students at Warner over the past 18 months and is looking forward to taking each student further on their yoga journey.

New to Pine Rivers Yoga? You will need to subscribe to Pine Rivers Yoga before purchasing from the shop. Existing students and past attendees just need to enter your email address to purchase. 

This course is not suitable for children under the age of 12.  12 - 16 year olds must be accompanied by a parent.
