In a yoga therapy session, you will work collaboratively with your yoga therapist to establish an individualised, structured, and evolving program that works for you and your lifestyle.
This holistic therapeutic application empowers individuals to take charge of their healing.

The Yoga Therapist will form a team with your medical practitioners and other allied health therapists ensuring your therapy is complimentary to other medical treatments.

Therapy is provided through the blend of ancient yogic tradition and contemporary research, incorporating an extensive toolkit of movement, breath, meditation, sound and gesture to support you on your journey to optimum health and wellbeing.

The yoga therapy process will include:

  • An initial yoga therapy session including a detailed assessment and interview to establish smart, practical goals
  • An individualised yoga therapy program, including handouts, resources, recordings, photos and regular support
  • Follow-up communication via email or phone between yoga therapy sessions
  • Individual one-on-one sessions with your Yoga Therapist

Please note:

  • An initial yoga therapy session must be conducted prior to the ongoing yoga therapy sessions
