Covid-19 Guidelines

Due to the increasing incidence of Covid-19 transmission the following safety measures will be in place to protect you from the transmission of the virus while attending yoga.

Check-in using the Check In Qld app before entering the class.

Masks must be worn at all times except when you are actually practising yoga asana and doing breathing exercises, and are on your yoga mat.

If you have not been double vaccinated against Covid-19, you must keep your mask on at all times while in the studio.

Social distancing continues to be used in our studios and we are fortunate to have both generous size spaces and plenty of options to open doors and windows at the Cashmere studio.

All of our teachers who are using the Cedar Creek, Warner and Cashmere studios are fully vaccinated.

Please do not attend class if you are experiencing any symptoms of the virus.
