We have been offering Hatha Yoga classes in the Pine Rivers and Moreton Bay region since 2001. It is a practice of yoga that follows the path of physical well-being and mental calm.

We offer classes at all levels, for everyone from absolute beginners to intensive workshops and yoga teacher training.
