The 10-week progressive beginners yoga course with Belinda and Ruth P is suitable for any beginner yoga students looking to take the next step in their yoga practice.
This hatha yoga practice follows the same classic yoga teaching style of pranayama, asana and savasana. Leaving you feeling grounded yet revitalised.
The ten-week progressive yoga course will allow you to deepen your practice through exploring different breathing techniques and expose you to a variety poses all whilst maintaining a focus on your individual physical and mental body.
