Yoga for Beginners Courses

When: Tuesday nights 6.30 pm - 8.00 pm

Where: Pendicup Place, 365 Samsonvale Rd, Warner.

Beginners Courses suit anyone who has never done yoga before and those who have already attended a course or class and would like to progress.

It is all right to be "totally new" and not taken exercise for some time. Yoga is a great practice to help you cope with injuries, stress, lack of fitness and anxiety or excess weight. 

We start gently and in a fun and friendly beginners environment where questions and 'mistakes' are welcome!

The classes incorporate - basic yoga poses, breathing practises, meditation and relaxation

17th October - 5th December 2017 8 week  Beginners Progression course    Fee $160

How to Book

You can book your spot on our next beginner's course by paying via our shop. Select "8 Aug-12 Sep 2017 Beginners Course". Bookings close 4th August or early if full. As a new student, you may need to "Subscribe" first as the shop requires your email address for contact and receipting purposes.

Note: Pine Rivers Yoga class passes cannot be substituted, please view Workshop Cancellation PolicyCourse is not suitable for children under the age of 12.  12 - 16 year olds must be accompanied by a parent. We also hold several free Come & Try It Yoga session a few times a year - check out the dates and details.
