Beginners Progression

Beginner's Progression suit anyone who has never done yoga before and those who have already attended a course or class and would like to progress.

It is all right to be "totally new" and not taken exercise for some time. Yoga is a great practice to help you cope with injuries, stress, lack of fitness and anxiety or excess weight. 

We start gently and in a fun and friendly beginners environment where questions and 'mistakes' are welcome!

The classes incorporate - basic yoga poses, breathing practises, meditation and relaxation

6:30pm - 8pm each Monday @ Pine Rivers Yoga Studio, Cashmere

29 Oct - 3 Dec (6 weeks) $120  


6:30pm - 8pm each Tuesday @ Pendicup Community Centre, Warner

16 Oct - 4 Dec (8 weeks) $160

New to Pine Rivers Yoga? You will need to subscribe to Pine Rivers Yoga before purchasing from the shop. Existing students and past attendees just need to enter your email address to purchase. 

This course is not suitable for children under the age of 12.  12 - 16 year olds must be accompanied by a parent. We also hold several free Come & Try It Yoga session a few times a year - check out the dates and details.
