Come & Try Yoga!

Have you always wanted to find out about yoga and how it can benefit you? We run FREE open days during the year for you to do exactly that.

Free Classes in 2020

6:30pm to 7:45pm

Classes are free for beginners to come and experience yoga in a fun and friendly environment.

Yoga is for everyone and we can't wait to see you there! Class numbers are limited to ensure that you get all the individual attention you need.

If, after this session, you'd like to continue your yoga journey, our Yoga for Beginners courses commence shortly afterwards at the same times and venues.

How to Book

For bookings, please subscribe to our web site and select your choice from the list of FREE Come & Try classes. Or if you've already subscribed, send us an email.

A reminder email will be sent before the session. Please also note: you are required to bring your own yoga mat. Alternatively, mats are available from our Online Shop or can be purchased at the venue on the night. Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in.
