Supported by props, you can relax into long hold poses with comfort, receiving deep benefits for the whole body but especially calming for the nervous system.

The carefully crafted sequence of poses is designed to take you into a healing space where you can rebalance and restore.

This practice helps reduce stress, raise resilience, and may reduce insomnia and is suitable for all levels of yoga!

Restorative Workshop with Marian Cavanagh

Pine Rivers Yoga welcomes Marian Cavanagh to the studio to introduce you to the benefits of this 2.5 hour deep rest workshop.

Marian is a registered Relax and Renew Trainer, certified by Judith Lasater (one of the world’s leading authorities in restorative yoga).

She has been teaching restorative yoga for over 6 years and is delighted to share this nurturing, healing practice with you.
