Come and Try It Yoga sessions!

Have you always wanted to find out about yoga and how it can benefit you? We run FREE open days during the year for you to do exactly that.

Free Classes

Tuesday 10th October 2017 6:30-8:00pm

The Tuesday night sessions are held at Pendicup Hall, Warner. Classes are free for beginners to come and experience yoga in a fun and friendly environment.

Yoga is for everyone and we can't wait to see you there! Class numbers are limited to ensure that you get all the individual attention you need. Please email admin with your name to book. If you are booking in others as well, please provide their names & email addresses.

A reminder email will be sent before the session. Yoga mats and props are all provided. Wear comfortable clothes that are easy to move in. If you would like to know more please read What to Expect.
