This workshop is part of the Pine Rivers Yoga Teacher Training program but is open to all interested students.

You can secure your place with payment via our shop by selecting  "11-12 November 2017 All About Inversions" Please note that bookings close 8th November or when places are filled.

If you are new to Pine Rivers Yoga you will need to subscribe to Pine Rivers Yoga first. Existing students and past attendees simply need to enter their email address. Note: Pine Rivers Yoga class passes cannot be substituted. Cancellation Policy

A  weekend workshop for yoga teachers and students
with Linda Jenkin

Saturday 11th November 2017 & Sunday 12th November 2017
Saturday 10am - 5pm (with 1 hr break for lunch)
Sunday 9am - 4pm (with 1 hr break for lunch)

Location:  Pine Rivers Yoga Studio, Cashmere.

Fee - $200 for both days or one day $125. This weekend will concentrate on the benefits of inversions in Yoga Practice, and encourage the teaching of inversions to allow any level of student to experience the benefits of "going upside -down". The engaging of core muscles and the importance of muscular strength around the joints will be explored in the safety of a practice which uses plenty of props to invert with improved strength. We hope to lose the fear associated with inversions and have fun! It's the best way to de-stress!

About Linda Jenkin

Learn how to both practice and teach inversions safely.  Discover the stages of strengthening the upper body and stimulating the entire system in this weekend of practising inversions with the highly experienced yoga teacher, Linda Jenkin of Hinterland Yoga.

Make your learning of "turning upside down" a fun experience with Linda's tips and ideas for gaining confidence strength and flexibility to perform and teach these poses safely.

Need to boost your immunity and balance the nervous system? - then Inversions are for you!  This workshop will also focus on the principles of energy flow in the body, particularly in relation to the chakras and energy centres that assist our practice of Inversions.
