You are invited to a workshop designed to help you find your truth and move towards wellness in mind, body and soul. Spend time looking inward and learning about yourself using personalised tools including meditation, yoga and curiosity. Suitable for anyone desiring internal peace and joy. 
With Amy Isaacs (Mindfulness & Wellbeing Practitioner), Hannah Honnef (Yoga & Meditation Teacher, personal experience with depression and anxiety) and Whitney Hedges (That Awkward Conversation blog, personal experience with depression and anxiety)
Please feel free to stay for lunch afterwards. Bring your own lunch or choose the Catered option at the checkout when purchasing your tickets.
