Pine Rivers Yoga welcomes Marian Cavanagh to the studio to introduce you to the benefits of this 2.5 hour deep rest workshop.

Supported by props, you can relax into long hold poses with comfort, receiving deep benefits for the whole body but especially calming for the nervous system. The carefully crafted sequence of poses is designed to take you into a healing space where you can rebalance and restore. This practice helps reduce stress, raise resilience, and may reduce insomnia and is suitable for all levels of yoga!

 

Marian is a registered Relax and Renew Trainer, certified by Judith Lasater (one of the world’s leading authorities in restorative yoga). She has been teaching restorative yoga for over 3 years and is delighted to share this nurturing, healing practice with you.

 

 


 

Booking Details: You can secure your place with payment via our shop by selecting  "8th October 2017 Restorative WorkshopPlease note that bookings close 4th October 2017 or when places are filled. Workshop is limited to 12 places to ensure personal attention. 

If you are new to Pine Rivers Yoga you will need to subscribe to Pine Rivers Yoga first. Existing students and past attendees simply need to enter their email address. Note: Pine Rivers Yoga class passes cannot be substituted
